Prescription Weight Loss Medications (Non-Returnable)
For safety and legal reasons, prescription medications and injectable weight loss treatments cannot be returned once dispatched.
This includes:
GLP-1 weight loss injections
Semaglutide-based treatments
Prescription appetite control medications
Returned medicines cannot be resold or reused. If you have unused medication, please take it to a licensed pharmacy for safe disposal.

Cosmetic & Personal Care Products
For hygiene reasons, cosmetic and personal care items cannot be returned if opened or used.
Returns may only be accepted if:
The product is damaged,
The product is incorrect, or
The product is not as described.
All requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order before dispatch.
Once your order is approved and sent for prescription review, a prescription may be issued quickly. If this happens:
A $10 prescription processing fee will apply
The remaining amount (product + shipping) will be refunded
Once a dispatch confirmation has been sent, the order can no longer be cancelled.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Your order number
Clear photos of the item
If approved, you will receive a full refund including delivery costs.
Refund Method
All refunds are issued to the original payment method.
If your card has expired, contact us so we can arrange a secure alternative.
